Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
We offer flat-rate shipping of ₹99 for standard shipping and ₹199 for express shipping for all domestic orders within India. For international orders, shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary from 2 - 7 days depending on the shipping method (Standard Shipping Or Express Shipping) selected at checkout and the destination of the order. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or any other factors outside of our control.
2. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
3. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Qul. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. We do not provide refunds.
Please follow the steps below:
1 Contact us at support@qulstore.online to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item(s).
2 Pack the item(s) in their original packaging, along with any accessories and documentation that came with the item(s).
3 Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your exchange or store credit within 10 business days.
Please note:
• We cannot accept returns of used or damaged items.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@qulstore.online within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting us at support@qulstore.online. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may return it in accordance with our return policy below.
